Bass Heaven

Created as a fictitious brand for this project, Bass Heaven represents a pop-up DJ collective rooted in underground music culture. The concept draws inspiration from the words “music” and “creative,” channeling the energy of Boiler Room–style sets and the expressive atmosphere of live DJ performances. The visual identity aims to balance the weight of bass-driven sound with softer, more playful elements.
Overview
The project began with exploratory sketches, experimenting with expressive typography and symbolic motifs. I tested different font pairings, icon concepts, and color palettes before refining the direction toward a high-contrast visual identity. Through iterative grid studies and digital explorations, I combined the strongest elements—wings, headphones, form contrast, and color balance—into a cohesive system. Once finalized, the identity was expanded into packaging, pattern designs, and merchandise mockups.

Design Solution
The final identity uses bold black forms paired with muted pink accents and a contrasting combination of script and sans-serif type to highlight the duality between “bass” and “heaven.” Wing and headphone motifs reinforce the blend of heavy sound and soft visual expression. The brand system extends seamlessly across applications, including packaging, patterns, advertising, and merch, creating a recognizable and flexible visual language for the collective.
